岗位职责：
1、起草、审核、修改公司对外签署的合同等法律文件，防范法律风险；
2、协助就公司各项经营活动提供法律意见；
3、协助为公司发生的诉讼仲裁提供法律服务、协调和支持，并协助对诉讼仲裁案件进行管理；
4、根据公司的安排和要求，起草、审核、修改相应的公司规章制度；
5、根据公司的安排，对公司员工进行法律培训；
6、编制重大风险、涉诉项目的案例汇编；
7、完成交办的其他法律方面的工作。
任职要求：
1、学历要求：硕士及硕士以上；
2、专业要求：本科和硕士均为法学专业；
3、资格证书：持有法律职业资格证书、基金从业资格证书；
4、从业经验要求：三年以上法院民事审判工作、律师事务所律师工作经验或公司法务工作经验；
5、具备良好的学习能力和适应能力，思路清晰、语言、文字表达能力强；
6、具备较强的沟通协调能力和服务意识，富有团队协作精神，善于与人合作，责任心强；
7、具备优秀的职业素养，工作细致认真，积极主动，执行能力强。
