职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Plan and Initiate New system Projects, or complete multiple on-going system projects
2. Take initiative to solve end user requirements for system improvements or new planning
3. Manage vendors to conduct bank’s related system developments or maintenances.
4. Work on any necessary arrangement before system release which aligns with banking policy and rules.
5. Work on any necessary arrangement when local authority regulation is changed or instruction is issued.
6. Keep update knowledge and information on Head Office Rules, CN Rules and Local Authority Rules
7. Make Head Office Reports and Local Reports including Authority Reports accordingly
8. Conduct system troubles shooting and the base solution to keep stable operations.
9. Communicate with both oversea head-office’s and domestic branch’s colleagues for daily works.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
岗位要求:
? Qualification
1. Has experience and knowledge in Financial Institution for IT section or banking business.
2. At least Degree Holder in IT or related disciplines. Or PMP or CISA certification holders.
? Special knowledge
1. Comprehensive basic Information System Knowledge (System Planning, System Administration and System Security)
2. Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese or English, fluent in both Japanese and English is an advantage.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power Point, knowledge in Macro and VBA is an advantage.
4. Comprehensive basic Banking Business Knowledge and Procedure (At least one banking business area).

3. Timely response to any expected difficulties in effective way.
