Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulating local IT risk and control policies and practices
2. Comply with requirements under Local regulatory reporting directive. Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timely submission of various local regulatory reports
3. Support businesses and ensure control readiness for the internal and external review or inspection.
4. Measure, monitor, and report on a periodic basis the effectiveness of the IT risk and control management programs.
5. Ensure continued adherence to all regulatory requirements in China
6. Ensure that major legal and regulatory requirements that have an impact to technology are communicated and embedded within local policy, standards, procedures and controls.
7. Build relationships with other sectors and areas to promote the sharing of issues, best practice, increased cooperation and coordination.
8. Managing reporting and metrics on timelines, completion progress, issue escalation and communication of initiatives.
9. Ownership, coordination and management of the risk and control governance and oversight.
10. Independently verify, validate and report on control activities.
11. Assist other businesses who have dependencies on technology to address control and risk issues.
Qualifications:
？ Full time bachelor or above degree holder.
？ Experience of risk & control related.
？ Knowledge of risk & control policies and process
？ Knowledge of related regulatory requirements for bank
？ 5+ years' working experience in a cross-cultural company
？ 8+ years in the Technology Department/Section of the Financial Services industry, IT Internal Audit, Technology Risk Management, or Technology Control Management-related role
？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
？ Work under pressure, manage conflicts and challenges.
？ Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
